Richard A. Eisenberger, Jr. is a native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Mr. Eisenberger received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 with a major in Political Science and minor in Administration of Justice. Mr. Eisenberger received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014.
Mr. Eisenberger primarily represents residential developers in all stages of subdivision planning and construction including issues related to the purchase and sale of undeveloped land, contract drafting and negotiation, limited liability company formation, curative title work, easements, zoning, interpretation of ordinances, land use, formation and negotiation of subcontracts, road bonds, negotiations with municipalities, counties, and other governmental entities, subdivision covenants, and also acts as general counsel for residential and commercial landlords and homeowner and condominium associations.

In addition, Mr. Eisenberger has extensive experience in representing homeowners, developers, and home builders in litigation including claims made under the Mississippi New Home Warranty Act, Mississippi Code Annotated § 83-58-1 et seq., representing contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen in litigation including claims related to special liens on real estate for labor, services, or materials under Mississippi Code Annotated § 85-7-401 et seq., and representing litigants in trust, probate, administration, and estate litigation.

Mr. Eisenberger is a member of the Rankin County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
