R. Cratin Luckett, Jr., Esq., began his legal career with a real estate firm in Hattiesburg, Mississippi that specialized in real estate development and real estate closings. He later became the state manager and associate underwriting counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He has been in private practice since 2003 where his practice is concentrated in the field of title law, title insurance, clearing title and residential and commercial real estate closings. Mr. Luckett is a cum laude graduate from Millsaps College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. He is Chief Executive Officer and President of Luckett Land Title, Inc. and founding partner of Luckett Law Office, PLLC.
Joseph M. Gianola, Jr. Esq.
Joseph M. Gianola, Jr., Esq., “Josh”, has been a practicing attorney for over eleven years, concentrating his practice in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business Organizations, Commercial litigation, Real Estate Taxation, Oil and Gas, Wills, Estates and Trusts. Josh spent the first few years of his legal career practicing law in Jackson, Mississippi, where he focused his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis in construction and contract litigation and oil and gas matters. Josh received his B.A. from Mississippi State University and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law (Cum Laude). He has now been working for our company since 2007 in the Pine Belt Area. Josh and his two children, Elle and Jay, reside in Hattiesburg.
Lucas A. Portera, Esq.
Lucas A. Portera, Esq., “Luke”, started his legal career in Jackson, Mississippi, where he practiced in civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury and real estate matters. While remaining in Jackson, Mississippi, his practice now focuses primarily on real estate and commercial matters. Luke received his B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 2005 and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2010.
Courtney L. Robbins, Esq.
Courtney L. Robbins, Esq., began her career as an officer in the trust department at a prominent bank in Jackson, Mississippi. She then worked as a prospect research consultant for a national nonprofit before opening up her own law practice, specializing in estate planning and ERISA law. She joined Luckett Land Title in 2016 to open its fourth real estate closing office, located in Gluckstadt. Courtney performed the first eClosing in the state of Mississippi in May 2018.
Courtney is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Mississippi State University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. Courtney is an active member of the Mississippi Bar and currently serves on the Public Relations Committee and the Membership Committee of the American Land Title Association. She also currently serves as chairwoman of the Legislative Committee of the Land Title Association of Mississippi, where she is helping to shape future laws and regulations that affect Mississippi real estate. Courtney lives in Gluckstadt, Miss., with her husband and two children.
